1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to p9999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and p9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating a p9999 account, depositing funds, or using any part of the platform — including games, sports betting, promotions and customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the p9999 platform. These Terms should be read alongside the p9999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and p9999.
These Terms apply to all players accessing p9999 from Pakistan. They are written in plain English to make them genuinely understandable. 2. Eligibility
To create and use a p9999 account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

- You must be a natural person (no corporate accounts)
- You must not already have an active p9999 account
- You must provide accurate personal information during registration
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list applicable to p9999
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party
- You must not use p9999 for money laundering or fraud
p9999 reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify eligibility at any time. If you are found to be ineligible — for example if you are discovered to be under 18 — your account will be immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals will be held pending investigation, and deposits may be returned subject to fraud screening. p9999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

Each player is permitted exactly one p9999 account. Opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on p9999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. p9999 charges zero fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Your balance on p9999 reflects real PKR with no hidden deductions applied by the platform.

Withdrawal Source Matching: Your first withdrawal must be sent to the same payment method used for your first deposit. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is non-negotiable. Subsequent withdrawals may use any verified payment method linked to your account.
Identity Verification Before Withdrawal: Your p9999 account must complete the one-time KYC process before any withdrawal is processed. This requirement cannot be waived regardless of the amount being withdrawn.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
p9999 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback and free bet credits from time to time. Every promotion on p9999 has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds for sports betting offers, and expiry windows — published at the point of the offer. These promotion-specific terms form part of the overall Terms and Conditions and must be read before claiming any offer.
Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your p9999 balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from them become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated when the offer is presented. p9999 does not modify wagering requirements retrospectively.
p9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, cancel unclaimed bonuses with reasonable notice, and investigate suspicious bonus activity including but not limited to: claiming the same offer from multiple accounts, bonus abuse patterns, and attempts to exploit loopholes. Where such activity is confirmed, the account may be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
6. Gaming Rules
All games available on p9999 — including Ludo, card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), Aviator, roulette, and slots — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to that game's specific rules in addition to these general Terms.
p9999 reserves the right to void game results in cases of technical error, software malfunction, or where there is credible evidence of exploitation of a game bug or unintended feature. In such cases, the decision of p9999 is final and the platform will communicate the outcome and resolution to affected players through their registered contact details.
7. Sports Betting
Football betting and all other sports betting markets on p9999 are governed by the general terms herein plus the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. By placing a sports bet on p9999, you agree to both sets of rules.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on p9999. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and, where relevant, reporting to appropriate authorities:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of p9999
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers
- Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent suspension
- Using p9999 to launder money or process payments on behalf of third parties
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs or unintended system behaviour
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person

9. Intellectual Property
All content on p9999 — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, interface design, copy, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of p9999 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the p9999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell or exploit any p9999 content or intellectual property for any commercial purpose without written permission from p9999. Screenshots for personal use are generally acceptable but may not be published in any format that implies endorsement, affiliation or official representation of p9999.
10. Limitation of Liability
p9999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control such as internet infrastructure failures.
p9999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. p9999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or emotional distress. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Responsible Gaming
p9999 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. p9999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players, accessible from your account settings at any time:
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases carry a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
Set time notifications for active play sessions. Useful for tracking how long you have been playing without being fully aware of it.
Request a short break of 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, deposits and gameplay are suspended but your account data is preserved.
Request permanent or long-term exclusion from p9999. This cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period and all future promotional communications are stopped immediately.

12. Account Suspension & Closure
p9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where an account is suspended for investigation, p9999 will make reasonable efforts to notify the player and resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. Any balance held in a suspended account that is found to be legitimately earned will be returned to the player through their registered payment method upon resolution.
Players may also request voluntary closure of their p9999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed through the player's registered payment method and the account data will be retained in accordance with the p9999 Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
p9999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of p9999 after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should close your account before the changes take effect. The current version of these Terms — including the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page — is always the governing version.
Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, or updates to processing times that reflect operational improvements — may be made without individual notification. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current rules on p9999.
